Terms of Service

Kaampakro Resume analyzes how well your career profile matches a job description and generates tailored, ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters from the information you provide. The Service is part of the Kaampakro family of career tools.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

The Free plan includes a limited number of resume generations per month. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Stripe, our payment processor; payments are charged by Stripe on behalf of Bitficial LLC.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with at least 14 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You own the career information you provide and the resumes and cover letters generated from it. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service — including sending relevant portions to our AI processors to generate your documents.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for reviewing every generated document before using it in a job application.

Generated documents are produced by AI from your own profile data. While the Service is designed never to invent qualifications you do not have, AI output can contain errors or awkward phrasing. The Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome with any employer or applicant tracking system.

You agree not to:

• enter false information into your profile with the intent to misrepresent your qualifications;
• attempt to access other users’ data or circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls;
• use the Service to build a competing dataset, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission;
• upload malicious files or content you have no right to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

The Service — its software, design, and branding — belongs to Bitficial LLC and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code. Your documents are yours, as described in Section 4.

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, and will refund any prepaid period only where required by law. Sections 4, 5, 9, and 10 survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitficial LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities (including employment opportunities), arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bitficial LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
